The
Montel family co-owned Montel Music Center in 1975 and also co-owned
the Audio Vault from 1975 to 1985. During that time, Tim was elected
president of the Fort Morgan
Downtown Business Association (DBA). From 1985 through 2005, Susie and
Tim Montel owned Sleek's Electronics which repaired electronics,
primarily stereos, televisions, and VCR's. Tim estimates that during
that time, he repaired over 10,000 VCR's while Susie
ran the office. During that time, we earned the coveted RCA Quality of
Service Award three years in a row and had the highest rating in
Colorado during two of those years. The store also received many awards
from Magnavox, Panasonic, GE, and Hitachi.
During
these years, we feel we established a reputation of fairness and
integrity, and made many friends along the way, as well as working with,
and for, many local retailers.
In June of 2000, the family bought Pa-La-Mi Rent To Own and changed the
name to Sleek's Rent To Own. We have been here for 22 years with the
help of our three sons, Travis during all that time, Beau for the last five years after working for
Best Buy and a national rent-to-own chain, and Jace whenver he could
after spending numerous years as an electrician.
We
are a tight-knit family with 11 grandchildren and 2
great-grandchildren. We would be greatly honored with your business and
sincerely hope we can become friends with
your family.
With
inflation becoming the worst in over forty years, now is the time to
use our low payment program. You can set up your agreement with daily,
weekly, bi-weekly, or
monthly payments, whichever is easiest for you. We do not do credit
checks and you can even do “6 months same as cash.” We were the first in
this area to pioneer this unique program and now it seems everyone else
is using it.

are looking for something special that we don't have, we will do our
best to find it from the
many companies we buy from.
One

that, down the road, you don't like it, you can always return it with no
